I am writing this letter to complement our tour guide, Miss Jenny who has shown patience in answering all our questions with her wide array of experience in touring Bangkok, Thailand. Her unique ability of communication added a personal touch and made us feel at ease to which my parents commented that we have made the right choice to travel with this travel agency.
